The Big Crow Program Office requires aerospace assets of various types to support Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) and training missions. Aerospace assets will be acquired (on an event basis) to support operational, test and evaluation, and training missions such as, but not limited to Electronic Attack (EA) Electronic Protect (EP) and Electronic Support (ES), airborne, ground, and maritime threat simulation/emulation, weapon system simulation, threat representative aerial target presentations, air, ground, sea interdiction, and other asset services support for designated Test and Evaluation (T&E) and training programs. These operations may be conducted at multiple continental United States (CONUS) sites as well as foreign (overseas) sites. The following sets forth the types/kinds of assets required. Quantities of items, per contract period, will be set forth in the RFP. Requirements will be presented in terms of air hours, reimbursable expenses and auxiliary crew personnel. Tactical Aircraft: A-4, F-4, F-5, F-14, F-16, F-86, F-104. Commercial Aircraft: Learjet 30, Gulfstream I, Gulfstream II, Gulfstream . Other Aircraft: L-39, Transports, NKC-135, SU-27, MIG 21, MIG 29, T-33, T-38, T-39, UAV, 690 Commander, Hawker Hunter, Ultra-Lites, Helicopters and HA/HE Balloons. Equipment specifications, personnel qualification requirements and a synopsis of potential mission types will be provided in the RFP.
