Also included is site development, which includes drives, parking, and incidental related work. The following options are included: 1. Sprinkler Irrigation System. 2. All landscaping except for ground covers at island area between parking area and road. 3. Landscaping of ground covers at island areas between parking area and road. 4. Service road between parking area entries. 5. Service road between second parking area entry and curving around to open yard to the north. Option items may be unilaterally awarded at the discretion of the Government within 60 days following contract award. The Standard Industrial Classification Codeis 1542. The related small business size standard is $17 million. The estimated cost of this project (including both the base bid and options) is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement is open to all business concerns. If a large business concern, a subcontracting plan shall be submitted in accordance with FAR 52.219-9 SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING PLAN (OCT 1999) ALTERNATE I (JAN 1999). Plans and specifications will be issued on CD-ROM only and will not be available on paper (hard copy) format. Plans and specifications will be available on or about March 21, 2000. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE charge of $32.00 for each CD.
