Task orders for correction of erosion and drainage. Demolition and construction of storm water collection systems. Work includes removal of existing curb and gutters, removal of trees and stumps, construction of various types of inlet structures, construction of manholes, pavement replacement, and work site restoration. Estimated duration for the contract award will be an initial base period of 12 months with four (4) option periods of 12 months for a total not-to-exceed of sixty (60) months. Option Periods will be exercised at the Government's discretion. The estimated anticipated amount for the Base Period and each Option period is $2,000,000.00 with a not-to-exceed $10,000,000.00 for the life of the contract. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
