Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials and supplies to install upright granite headstones and flat granite gravemarkers, including the raising and realigning of installed headstones and grave markers at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 27034 South Diagonal Road, Elwood, IL 60421. Contract covers base period April 1, 2000, (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through March 31, 2001, with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through March 31, 2003. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8999 and a size standard of $5 million are applicable.
