Scope of services may include but is not limited to the following: development of an automated telephone billing and service tracking system; storage and tracking of telephone account information, telephone service offerings, and telephone equipment; and incorporation of local and long distance billing information that needs to be imported from a database system. The system must produce monthly telephone bills for residential and non-residential customers. Proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), which may include: Specialized Experience on similar projects; Past Performance; Proposed Price; Proposed Project Schedule and Project Approach.
