Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for contractor to provide technical services, instruments and laboratory facilities to analyze gas samples, provide gas cleaning and post cleaning analysis, blind sample analysis, and certification of test reports in accordance with Industrial Process Instruction 0558-839K CH-2 Data Sheet B. Estimate approximately 78 samples per year, with varying response times required. Contractor shall also provide sample flask repairs of valve and fittings. Laboratory must be recognized and accepted by the program manager at NAVSEA by time of contract award. Inspection and Acceptance to take place at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton WA. FOB Destination: Bremerton WA. Contract Base-Year period of performance is anticipated to be 27 Aug 00 through 26 Aug 01, with three one-year option periods. A firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated. The acquisition will be made in accordance with FAR Part 15.
