The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch, intends to award a twelve month sole source Simplified Acquisition to Open Minds, Inc. of Gettysburg, Pa. to provide a report on enrollment in managed behavioral healthcare organizations and employee assistance programs, based on data previously collected by Open Minds, Inc. The work shall include activities aimed at improving the dissemination and utility of survey findings. These activities shall include conducting three briefings in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area to mental health and substance abuse policy organizations on survey findings and enrollment trends. Assistance shall be provided to SAMHSA in interpreting and analyzing past and current survey data. The anticipated award date is March 22, 2000. No solicitation shall be developed.
