V -- AERIAL DISPERSAL OF ORAL RABIES BAIT VACCINE IN OHIO SOL 46-M-APHIS-00 DUE 031600 POC Kathryn Linde 612-370-2494 The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), Concord, NH intends to acquire air services to distribute oral rabies vaccine baits in Ohio beginning about April 3, 2000. This effort is planned to be awarded as sole source to Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. Any vendors who feel they have the capability to perform this effort are encouraged to contact the Contracting Officer. There is a special dispersal machine that is required that presently is not available as Government Furnished Equipment and must be supplied by the awardee.
