This project requires the contractor to provide a 3-year service contract of two video monitoring sytems, pan and tilt unit, video cam, all weather housing, pre-programmable with ability to obtain video images at select times and locations and archive video images to CD-ROM. The deliverable will be a CD-ROM monthly with appropriate video images of selected benchmarks along Oceanfront and Back River Beaches, Tybee Island, Georgia. As a minimum, the cost of rental of the two monitoring systems shall include: (a) use of two remote cameras on the respective beaches, (b) installation, (c) supporting computer equipment, and (d) power and telephone line to computer. This is a small business set-aside procurement. The standard industrial classification code (SIC) is 7359, and size standard is $5.0 million.
