The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, has a requirement for a
contractor to furnish and deliver, in varying times and quantities,
approximately 24,687 tons of Type A, Grade 3 crushed limestone road
base material meeting State of Texas, Department of Transportation
specification #248; approxmiately 507 tons of less than or equal to six
inch well-graded rip-rap material; and approximately 720 tons of six to
eighteen inch well-graded rip-rap material. Material shall be delivered
by bottom dumping at various locations and date/times as directed by
the Government at the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, Brazoria
County, Angleton, Texas. This acquisition is open to both large and
small business under SIC Code 5032. Request for solicitation package
