Open Text is the developer, designer and manufacturer of this proprietary software; therefore, it is the intent of the Government to acquire this item on a sole source basis from Open Text Inc., 185 Columbia St. West, Waterloo, Canada, N2L 5Z5. The Standard Industrial Classification code for the proposed firm, fixed priced contract is 7371. The performance period shall be from 1 July 2000 through 30 June 2002.
