to perform Engineering and Technical Services for Flight Research and
Development at NASA, Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, CA. The
following Disciplinary Engineering functions will be supported by this
effort: (1) Aerostructures Flight Test, (2) Meteorology, (3) Flight
Test, (4) Aerodynamics, (5) Flight Controls, (6) Flight Dynamics, (7)
Flight Systems, (8) Flight Instrumentation, (9) Operations, (10)
Propulsion & Performance, and (11) Aerospace Vehicle Systems Design.
The following Research Functional Support will be required: (1) Special
Scientific and Engineering Studies, (2) Calibration & Environmental
Test Lab, (3) Flow Visualization Facility, (4) Multidisciplinary
Analysis, (5) Experiment Design & Integration, (6) Printed Circuit
Board Design, (7) Instrumentation Fabrication, (8) Instrumentation Lab,
and (9) Model Design & Fabrication. The following Aerostructures
Laboratory Support will be required: (1) Test Engineering, (2)
Electrical Engineering, (3) Control Systems Engineering, (4) Structural
Test Operations, and (5) Aerostructures Instrumentation. Public
Affairs, Commercialization and Education; ISO 9000 Auditing; and
Special Projects and Studies will also be supported by this effort. The
proposed contract is to be 100 percent small business aside. Interested
companies must qualify under SIC Code 8711 size standard of $20M, and
provide a brief capabilities statement to also include: the firm name
and address; size of business; average annual revenues for the past 3
years; number of employees; ownership; whether large, small, small
disadvantaged 8(a); and/or women owned; number of years in business;
affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners,
potential teaming partners, prime contractor (if potential
subcontractor) or subcontractor (if potential prime); list of customers
covering the past 5 years (highlight relevant work performed, contract
numbers, contract type, dollar value of each, and point of contact
address and phone number). No solicitation exists at this time;
therefore do not request a copy. If a solicitation is released, it will
be synopsized in the CBD and on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service
(NAIS). It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor these
sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Technical

fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for
