DODGE CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION GROUP.The service is to provide HUD with data collected from a market analysis conducted via a Real Estate Decision Tools Data Base Sysytem. The interactive data base contains: The pipeline report that with the project characteristics of individual developments in each of 5 categories of Real Estate (apartments, hotels, offices, retail, and warehouses) from planning to start of construction, a seniors housing pipeline report that traces the same characteristics for all types of housing and residental care for the elderly, and a Real Estate Analysis and Projections (REAPS) data base which contains narrative profiles and data on the most recent economic and housing market activity in 58 metropolitain areas.
