Facility must be located in Lexington or Fayette County, Kentucky. Contractor shall furnish the following basis services: board and room; laundry facilities for residents; therapeutic and rehabilitative services including structured group activities, instruction in and assistance with health and personal hygiene, monitoring of medications, supportive social services, individual professional counseling, assistance in learning and development of responsible living patterns, support for an alcohol/drug abuse free lifestyle, assistance in learning, testing, and internalizing knowledge of the illness/recovery process. The contract facility must have a current occupancy permit or license required by the authority having jurisdiction.
