Duties include but are not limited to: conducting HIV Prevention and AIDS Education instruction services to educate federal offenders about routes of HIV transmission, high risk behaviors, and lifestyles which minimize or delay the onset of AIDS, to provide individualize sessions with HIV infected clients to review their program, make suggestions regarding their drug abuse treatment, health care, and psychological treatment. Contract period shall include a base year, not to exceed 12 months, and four one year option periods.
