The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for refurbishment of 20 semi-trailers to be sandblasted, primed and painted. These trailers will be painted with Chemical Agent Resistant Coating using the following four-step process: 1) Preparation for paint; 2) A pre-wash is required on all bare metal; 3) An epoxy primer is required on all bare metal; 4) Top Coat. The Ohio National Guard will provide all primers and paint. Trailers will be delivered and picked up by the Ohio National Guard. All potential bidders' paint facilities must be in compliance with all Federal, State and Local environmental regulations. EPA and OSHA documents must be provided with quote. Painting is to be completed within 90 days of awarding of contract. A site visit will be by appointment only between the hours of 7:30am to 3:30pm EST.
