R -- CANCEL PREPARE RWS FIRE MANAGEMENT PLANS SOL RAQ000006 DUE 031000 POC Kay Ryan, 208-387-5717 The Bureau of Land Management cancels solicitation #RAQ000006 to complete fire management plans (FMP) for Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Regions 3 and 6. It has become apparent that the specifications are inadequate and ambiguous and lack sufficient detail so that Offerors can compete are on the same footing. As well, recent changes in FWS travel policies prohibits reimbursement of Contractor travel expenses as outlined in the solicitation.
