The Government intends to award a follow-on contract to Natasha Owen for providing translating services for PACOM Humanitarian Assistance Programs to the Russia Far East. This is going to be a follow-on/sole source acquisition due to the fact that Ms. Owen will be involved in missions that require precise translations between high level government officials from Russia and the United States. The position involves interpretation of technical language and misinterpretation could be costly and jeopardize the mission.
