NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Digicomp Research Corp 930 Danby Road Ithaca NY 14850-5720. This sole source award will be made to enhance and maintain the already existing equipment and proprietary operating software(ASAC). The ASAC software is written and maintained by Digicomp Corp and is a commercial software that is configured for a particular environment. Only one source is responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Alternatives to the Digicomp software may be considered with written response and must be accompanied by clear and convincing evidence that comparable item(s)/services is/are available, and that it is more advantageous to the government than to award to Digicomp. If no affirmative written response(s) is/are received within 15 days after publication of this notice, a sole source contract with Digicomp will be made.
