Southern Command (USSSOUTHCOM) requires hotel accommodations and
services for Defense and Security Symposium to be held in Miami, FL,
16-20 Apr 2000. Estimated attendance is 115 persons. Lodging and daily
food costs (to include meals and reception) may not exceed the US
dollar Joint Federal Travel Regulation (JFTR) per diem rates in effect
in Apr 2000 for Miami. Conference rooms, meeting areas, baggage
handling, and transportation from/to airport are also required.
Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration
(CCR)in order to be eligible for contract award. Estimated date of
award is 17 Mar 00. Solicitations will be issued by fax and should be
requested by fax to (305) 437-2752. Copies will be provided to the
first 15 requestors only. Vendors may submit price quotes by fax.
