Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, tranportation, and supervision to extend concrete cart paths on the 18 hole golf course. Approximately 16,260 linear feet of paths are required. Work includes excavation (3"-4" deep by 8'-10' wide)of existing grade and installation of concrete paths 6 feet wide by 4" thick with fiber mesh. Installation of concrete path over some existing bridges is also included. Final grading is also required to bring grade within 1" of top of new path including seeding and mulching. Time for completion is 60 days. Cost range is $100,000 -- $140,000. The proposed contract listed is set-aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1771, Concrete Work. The related Small Business size standard is $7.0 million.
