Project work includes, but not limited to, general construction work to seal walls, floors and expansion joints; carpentry work to rebuild walls and ceilings after duct work is installed and asbestos ceiling is removed; painting interior masonry walls; lay new carpet and pad; mechanical work to install new HVAC systems consisting of two furnaces, two ventilators, one refrigeration air conditioner, new duct work grilles, diffusers, insulation and propane piping; electrical work to install new 150 amp, 240/120 volt, 1 phase electrical panel and install new electrical wring for the new HVAC system(s).
