This project will consist of major environmental abatement of asbestos contained in thermal system insulation and the removal of all lead painted material. In addition to the abatement, the work also includes the installation of a new HVAC system; selective demolition, a new floor plan layout, new plumbing and light fixtures, new paint, new flooring and carpeting, and new radiant heating for areas having high ceilings and will entail work in the following disciplines: abatement, demolition, grading, excavation/filling/backfilling for structures and utility systems, water distribution system, turf, rough and finish carpentry, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes (wallboard, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, wall covering), toilet partitions, cabinets and countertops, mechanical, and electrical. This project is located at the 910 Airlift Wing (AFRC), Youngstown Air Reserve Station, 3976 King Graves Rd, Vienna OH 44473-5925 (Trumbull County). The performance period is 210 calendar days. The dollar magnitude is between $500,000 -- $1,000,000. The SIC Code is 1542, and the Size Standard is $17 million average annual receipts over the past three years.
