Wall covering shall equal or exceed the following product manufactured by Koroseal: Olympia, Champagne F421-04: For all hallways. Three hundred (300 L.F.) linear feet of cove base shall equal or exceed the following product manufactured by Burke: Burke top set base 323P Blue Bonnet. Nine (9) ea. corner guards shall equal or exceed the following product manufactured by InPro Corp: Plastic corner guards, 34_ x 34_ x 8_. Magnitude of this project is below $25,000.00. SIC is 1721.
