Construction and installation of new concrete truck ramp topping to replace the existing concrete topping which is to be demolished. This work also extends into the truck loading dock area. New trench drains to replace existing ones are also required at the ramp and at the truck dock area. Additional optional work consists of new resurfacing for the basement and sub-basement garage floor slabs. This project is set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542 with a size standard of $17 million. The cost range is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The completion time for this project is 210 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). This is a negotiated procurement, proposals will be opened privately. The number of proposals received, the identity of offers, the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed.
