This project consists of providing all supervision, labor, materials and equipment for the set up and removal of lighting and sound system for Commencement Exercises on May 17, 2000 at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT. The set-up shall include all necessary equipment and support to supply power, lighting and sound for the stage and constructed seating areas. All equipment and supplies shall meet or exceed all UBC, OSHA, NEC and BOCA standards. A site visit is scheduled for 16 March 2000. The planned release date of the solicitation is 10 March 2000. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The size standard is 500 employees. The Standard Industrial Code is 3658.
