The purpose of this solicitation notice amendment is to notify potential offerors that RFP No. PR-CI-99-13835 will be issued in hard copy due to the Agency's current inability to post such documents electronically on its web site and that the anticipated award date has changed to 08/01/00. To receive a hard copy, interested offerors are instructed to submit written requests via fax (513) 487-2115 or e-mail clay.antoinette@epa.gov no later than 05/01/00, 4:30P.M., EST. Requests shall reference the solicitation number and shall include the offeror's complete address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address (if applicable), and point of contact. In lieu of hard copy, offerors may request to receive an electronic copy via e-mail. E-mail copies will be provided in Wordperfect 6/7/8 or Adobe (PDF) Format. Therefore, requestors must provide their e-mail address and must indicate which format they prefer. Should the Agency regain its ability to post the RFP electronically prior to issuance, another notice will be posted on the CBD informing offerors to download the solicitation via the web site. Offerors having already submitted requests for hard copies will be contacted and notified of the change in format.
