The work to be performed under this contract consists of surveying, sampling, testing and management services for asbestos and lead containing substances in facilities at Fort Lewis and other installations supported by Fort Lewis in Washington. The work will include, but not be limited to: evaluation, condition and risk assessments, management plans, report preparation, location drawings, regulation review and interpretations, and computerized data management. This Solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with plans and specs available on or about 31 March 2000, with proposals due on or about 02 May 2000, at no charge per set. EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests acccepted. Refer to RFP Number DACA67-00-R-0221 when ordering.
