The determination to use other than full and open competition was made in accordance with 41 USC(c)(1). Interested parties are advised that no solicitation is available for this acquisition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capacity to respond to this requirement or to submit capability statements. This "Notice of Intent" is not a request for competitive proposals.
