This requirement is for the establishment of a firm-fixed price contract for Technical Support and Maintenance and Repair of ADAC Pinnacle3 Software and the hardware on which it runs, located in the Department of Radiation Therapy at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. The Contract shall provide for unlimited technical support for the software, via a toll free line, Monday-Friday during regular business hours (4:00AM-5:00- PM); one improvement to the proprietary software; e-mail access to RTP customer support for non-urgent questions and other correspondence, and on-site service Monday -- Friday during regular business hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), at no additional cost. to the Government. The resulting contract will be for a One (1) Year Base period with four (4) consecutive Option Years. Due to the proprietary nature of the software, the proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, ADAC Laboratories, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1).
