HQ AFCEE seeks a support contractor to provide real estate privatization development services in support of the Air Force military family housing privatization program. The ultimate goal of this particular privatization effort will be the successful closure of a real estate transaction for privatization of military family housing at Kirtland AFB. Support for this effort is comprised of four line items; Concept Refinement and Review, Solicitation Analysis and Evaluation, Transaction Closing Services, and Post Closure Transaction Support. This contract requirement is a combined synopsis/solicitation IAW Far Part 12, using simplified acquisition procedures IAW Far Part 13. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract is contemplated with use of the commercial service format. The period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be 30 Mar through 31 Dec 00.
