This Sources Sought Announcement is issued for the purpose of identifying sources available to manufacture Integrated Housing Group Ship Shelf Assemblies (IHG/SSA). The IHG/SSA consist of the following configurations: KG-84 part number 0110036, HNF-1 part number 0126303, HNF-2A part number 0126309, HNF-3-1 part number 0126312, HNF-3-2 part number 0126845, and HNF-3-3 part number 0126846. The main unit of interest is the KG-84 with the modified backplane, however a quantity of all the configurations may be required based upon demand. The basic shelf MT-4841 part number 0126304 used on all configuration of the IHG/SSAs was designed for instllation aboard Navy ships. The mount dimensions are as follows: Height: 9.625", Width: 19.12", Length: 16.99" and Weight: 18.572 lbs. This mount was ruggedly built to with stand the shipboard environments. The Chassis is made of Aluminum (AL) Alloy .090 thick 6061-T6 per QQ-A-2050/11. KG-84 part number 0110036 is composed of the basic MT-4841 with a backplane, support bars, slide rails and the ATR retainers (tie downs). This unit allows the quick installation and removal of the (2) KG-84s or using the modified version (2) ANDVTs. HNF-1 part number 0126303 is comprised of the basic MT-4841 with top and bottom support bards, Air Transport Rack (ATR) retainers (ite downs), and the slide rails. This unit has a Input/output Interface Device mounted on the rear of the MT-4841 that provides systems interface and mounting for two TSEC/KWR-46's in option "A" or two TSEC/KWT-40 in option "B". HNF-2/HNF-2A part number 0126309 are comprised basic MT-4841 with top and bottom support bards, ATR retainers (tie dowsn), and slide rails. The HNF-2/2A has an input/output Interface Device mounting on the rear of the MT-4841, that provides systems interface and mounting for three KY-58s. HNF-3-1 part number 0126312 are composed of the MT-4841 with support straps, cable kit MK-1955, RCU mount, and the slide rails. This unit has an Input/Output Interface Devise mounted on the rear of the MT-4841 that provides systems interface and mounting for two KY-75's one in the left and one in the right side, with the Z-AKR's (RCA's) stacked in the center. HNF-3-2 part number 0126845 is composed of the basic MT-4841 with support bars, mounting bracket, stud and ground strap, ATR retainers (tie downs), cable kit MK-1955, and MK-1956, the RCU mount, and the slide rails. This unit has an Input/Out Interface Device mounted on the rear of the MT-4841 that provides Systems interface and mounting fro two KY-48's and their Interface Adapter HYX-48/TSEC. HNF-3-3 part number 0126846 is composed of the basic MT-4841 with cable assembly kits MK-1956, support bars and spacers, slide rails, and the ATR retainers (tie downs). This unit allows quick installation and removal of the cryptographic equipment. The HNF-3-3 was engineered to allow the quick installation and removal of the cryptographic equipment (1) KY-58 and HYX-58. The contractor must have manufacturing production and electrical wiring capabilities. This announcement is onaly an expression of interest. Future requirements and procurements are uncertain.
