SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston is soliciting information from potential sources for Program Management, Integrated Logistics Support, and configuration Management services in support of Cryptologic and IW Exploitation Programs. The primary focus of this acquisition will include Program management, Integrated Logistics Support, and Configuration Management efforts directed to the support of C4ISR cryptologic, communications and intelligence systems. Other requirements will include Training, Project Management, Surveillance System Installation Support, System Integration, and SHIPALT and Installation Coordination Support. This acquisition will require ten (10) of the proposed management/engineering level staff to possess a clearance at the Top Secret SCI level. The period of performance will for a 12-month base period and two 1-year options. This notice is for planning purposes only. If satisfactory responses are received, a solicitation may be issued for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity cost plus fixed fee type contract. Firms are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references that support they possess the required specialized experience and capabilities necessary to meet or exceed stated requirements.
