BMDO ROADMAP FOR PAPERLESS CONTRACTING -- REVIEW AND COMMENT ON NEWEST VERSION OF THE ROADMAP AND PROPOSED RFP SECTIONS L & M LANGUAGE (CBD REF BMDO 00-09) The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO), in developing a Roadmap toward a paperless environment, has consolidated and incorporated industry as well as internal recommendations and comments concerning its acquisition process. In addition BMDO is revising some of the "standard" language in its solicitations to reflect a paperless procurement process. Specifically, Request for Proposals (RFP) Section L (Instructions to Offerors) and RFP Section M (Evaluation Factors for Award) have been revised to accommodate a paperless proposal submission, as well as a paperless evaluation process. BMDO seeks industry comment on the newest version of the BMDO Roadmap for Paperless Contracting, as well as proposed language for RFP Sections L & M.
