THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE PURCHASE ORDER TO AMERICAN WATER RESOURCES ASSOCIATION (AWRA), this company addresses the multidisciplinary aspects of water resource issues that include science, law, education, engineering and management. AWRA is active in promoting research and application of science to the problems of the management of the nation's water resources. As a result, their journal, JAWRA, is the best way to inform a large, multidisciplinary readership of the issues related to the potential consequences of climate variability and change on water resources.
