This work consists of providing one crawler-mounted hydraulic excavator with operator, one 10 cu.yd. dump trucks with operators on an hourly rate. The crawler-mounted hydraulic excavator will be used to excavate road fills and recontour slopes. The excavator will scarify the road, landings and pullback fill slopes, remove existing culverts and spread woody debris. The dump trucks will be used to haul boulders, wood, dirt or aggregate. Loading and hauling of culverts off Forest Service Land is the contractor's responsibility and is incidental to mobilization. Work is to be accomplished on the Hood River Ranger District of the Mt.
