LEASE TERM: 10 years, 10 years firm UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Office and related space must be contiguous and on one level without being split by a public corridor. Space should be highly visible and have easy access. The space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide and located on the ground floor. Parking for 39 vehicles is required. If onsite parking is not available, secure employee/visitor parking facilities must be available within 600 feet (or two blocks, whichever is less) of the office and must be within commercial rates.
