Base Bid: Provide all materials, equipment and labor to furnish and install 5 manufactured modular units @ 12' X 60', including foundations and perimeter crawlspace wall, interior partitions and finishes, kitchen-type cabinets and plumbing, unisex restroom, fire sprinkler and alarm systems, HVAC, and electrical lighting and power systems, and rough-in telecomm system. Additive Bid Item No. 1: Provide all materials, equipment and labor for exterior stucco finish on buildings. The above descriptions apply to each requirement for Buildings 4830C, 4830D, and 4830E. The order of magnitude for the procurement is $500,000 and $1,000,000 and the effort shall be completed within 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. The SIC Code and small busines size standard for this procurement are 1542 and 17 Million, respectively. The anticipated release date of the RFO is on or about March 22, 2000 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about April 21, 2000. The provisions and clauses in the solicitation are those in effect through FAC 97 -- 15. The firm date for receipt of bids will be stated in the RFO. All responsible qualified sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See Internet Note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be mailed to all offerors who have requested a copy of the soliciation. Only one copy of the soliciation, specifications, and drawings will be provided to potential prime contractors. A copy of the plan holders list will be provided to all subcontractors.
