Estimated quantities are as follows: Base period -- estimated quantity of 3 each; First Option period -- estimated quantity of 2 each; Second Option Period -- Estimated quantity of 2 each; Third Option Period -- Estimated quantity of 2 each; Fourth Option Period -- Estimated quantity of 2 each. Items must be in new condition and manufactured in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (Raytheon TI Systems) minimum specifications and procedures. Desired delivery is 180 days after receipt of delivery order. Offers are invited on either Fob destination or origin basis. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. Offerors must possess a current FAA or OEM certification; a Department of Defense (DOD) certification may be submitted for review and approval by the Contracting Officer on a case by case basis.
