Each unit shall consist of: (1) the size of each unit is 8' x 10', (2) vinyle covered gypsum board on both sides of the wallls, (3) honeycomb class A fire rating, (4) roof of .22 gauge painted steel, (5) suspended ceiling with one 2' x 4" light, (6) door of .20 gauge hollow steel with 1/2" glass, (7) three windows, each 4' x 3' of 7/16 clear insulated glass, (8) electrical includes 4 duplicate outlets with inside load center, (9) HVAC unit with 9000 BTU cooling and 11000 BTU heating capacity, (10) vinyl floor, (ll) two 3/4 conduits to inside, (l2) one sprinkler head to outside of unit, (l3) each unit will have a fork liftable floor, which allows the entire unit to be moved with a forklift, and (14) three inch walls. The additional requirements are as follows: The contractor shall provide all plant, freight, labor and equipment necessary to erect/install each unit at the government site; all electrical workand equipment shall comply and be in accordance with the National Electrical Code NEC (current edition); one hour fire rated panel assemblies which are IAW ASTM E119-88 rated; schedule 40 black steel pipe for sprinkler shall be used; and units shall be delivered within two and half weeks for receiving order. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
