proposed with Condor Electronic Systems, Inc., Simi Valley, California
for the acquisition of additional quantities of one-hundred (100)
Shortstop Electronic Protection Systems (SEPS). SEPS is an autonomous,
lightweight, fully integrated radio frequency (RF) countermeasure
system designed to provide protection for personnel and high value
assets against proximity fused indirect munitions, specifically
targeted are artillery, mortar and rocket type munitions. Condor has
developed, built and successfully live-fire tested the SEPS. The
government does not own a break-out technical drawing package. All
responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which shall be
considered by the agency. In order to be considered responsive to this
synopsis, a vendor must submit information sufficient for the
government to make a technical assessment of the capabilities of the
proposed system. At a minimum, this documentation must consist of a
system performance specification, system test procedures, reported test
results that include live fire testing of proximity fused munitions,
photographs and physical characteristics of the proposed system.
Customer testimony to the effectiveness of the proposed system and ease
of operation is desired. Please send all documentation to the attention
