The item referenced was manufactured by for Westinghouse by TDL, Inc., and Sora Power, Inc., for inclusion in the Nexrad Radar System. The Government does not have rights in data or technical specifications. TDL and Sora Power are the only known sources of supply for this item. The item will be manufactured and delivered to the National Weather Service, National Reconditioning Center, Kansas City, Missouri. The intended procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to acquire from one of two sources. The Government knows of only two sources authorized to provide the item identified. This is not a request for proposals and there is no solicitation available at this time. The Government reserves the right to solicit bids based on receipt of affirmative responses to this notice or issue and order directly to one of the contractors stated, whichever is determined to be more advantageous to the Government, without further notice.
