Twelve (12) non-metallic work benches. Work surfaces and shelves shall be manufactured with minimum of 1" high-density partical board laminaated with high-pressure Formica (white color.) Non-metallic structures to withstand 100 lb. load. All non-metallic surfaces to finished with epoxy coating (light grey or light beige color.) Bench size shall be aproximately 96" wide, 36" deep, and 36" high. Upper shelf size shall be 15" deep, 21" high, and 20" clearance. Under shelf fluorescent light 48" long, two (2) lamps with on/off switch. Each work bench shall have a (red color) power disconnect for all power at the work bench. Power risers: 2 -- with 8 outlets per each riser and a separate power cord (all electrical wires shall be minimum 12 GA THHN, 3 wires (neutral, hot, and ground) all the way and 20 amp power cord plugs. Panels shall be in back and sides of work bench. Ground kit shall have ESD (electrostatic dissipative) with banana jacks for wrist straps one right and one left. Drawer shall be on leftand right side of work bench: 1 -- 12", 1 -- 6", 2 -- 3" (each side of desk) with full extension ball bearing glides, and locks for each drawer. Powerway shall be in rear of work bench (8 outlets, see above for power cord and plugs.) Sliding doors shall be under work bench center cabinet with shelf. Drawing available upon request.
