The contractor shall perform maintenance of 1426 Military Family Housing units and 96 Mobile Home spaces at Scott Air Force Base, IL, and Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, MO. Military family housing maintenance services apply to all houses, garages, associated grounds and playgrounds. The level of magnitude for this service is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 for the base period and all option periods. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 8744. This acquisition is restricted to 8(a) firms serviced by the Illinois District Office of the Small Business Administration. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). There will be no public bid opening.
