Estimated number of line : 150 to 350. Potential service area NPAs are as follows: 218279,218525, 218529, 218624, 218626, 218628,218720, 218721, 218722,218723,218724,218725,218726,218727,218728,218729 218730 and 218733. Responses should include information about the specific geographic location and services available.. Services should include local telephone exchange access, long distance commercial access, access to the federal government long distance network (FTS20001), and intersystem connection. ISDN availability for future applications, PRI and T1 Trunking, Automatic Number Identification (ANI) the FTS 2001 netowrk is required, as well as Call Trace on internal and external calls and Caller ID Blocking. The primary service requirement is local access, transport channel services and related functions within the defined area for Federal users located in either federally owned or leased facilities. Number portability for the current exchange DID numbers shall be provided when and where available. The vendor shall have the capability to acquire additional DID station numbers. Access tot he local exchange shall include emergency 911 service and functions, access to directory numner information, e.g. NPA-555-1212 or 411, and access to perator services. Vendors should furnish detailed data concerning their capability to meet Government requirements along with pricing associated and applicable to the basic service, voice mail and related services as separate line items. Vendors are encouraged to make multiple quotations for the various quantities and locatins within the scope of this requirement. Quotations are due by 3:30 p.m. local time on March 14, 2000.
