Service/repair of various types of fire sprinkler systems (includes, but not limited to: preaction, wet, and dry) from various manufacturers (includes but not limited to: Viking, Firematic, Star and Grinnell) located at US Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, Arsenal-At-Large. All sprinkler systems must meet or exceed the National Fire Protection Codes. Contractor shall furnish all labor,tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to perform the work required. This will be a time-and-material type contract with a period of performance of one year from date of award with 3 one-year options for a total of 4 years. Minimum guarantee is $25,000.00 with a maximum dollar value of $500,000.00 for all 4 years. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
