Sources are sought. 30th Space Wing is seeking input from industry with the technical expertise to provide services of a non-personal nature for Launch Communications Contract (LCC) at Vandenberg AFB CA. This contract will provide responsive operational and technical support to missile and satellite launch programs, and orbital support programs by operating, maintaining, testing, modifying, and/or installing communications systems at space launch complexes, remote launch control centers, satellite control facilities, and test facilities. These services are to be provided at various launch and test facilities throughout Vandenberg AFB, and may be interfaced with off-base sites, as necessary, to conduct operations on the Western Range. The scope of this contract involves services, supplies, and technical support required to operate and maintain communication systems and implementation of services identified by Task Assignment. The systems are comprised of many functionally discrete components that enablecommunication for space and missile launch processing, satellite control, testing, instrumentation, administrative, and technical activities.
