DESC: Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to plan, design and perform all operations in connection with the Correction of Security Deficiencies at Building 2745, Fort Drum, New York in accordance with the performance specifications, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of existing security screens, rolling doors and door frames, and to construct and install security screens, new double rolling doors, personnel doors and door frames. The contract type shall be "Firm Fixed Priced". This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Demonstration Program, SIC code 1542. This procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 $250,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about April 25, 2000. Note: The DUE DATE for the Invitation for Bid (IFB) shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting date (The IFB will be posted on Fort Drums web page). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The IFB will not be mailed out and no mailing list will be maintained.
