The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a contract modification to Contract Number N00019-95-C-0212 to acquire spare parts for the High Power Transmit Set (HPTS). These spare parts will be used to support sixteen (16) HPTS systems. The spares will be located at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The modification will be awarded on a sole source basis to Rockwell Collins Government Systems, 32 E. Renner Rd, Richardson, Texas 75083-3807, the designer and developer of HPTS, produced the initial set of spares and holds the proprietary manufacturing process for these parts. See Numbered Note 22.
