Each transformer will include transformer oil, tools, appliances and spare parts. Delivery will be FOB Destination Within Consignee's Premises to Western's Headgate Rock substation in Arizona, and will include the services of an erecting engineer. Optional items include a gas-in-oil monitor for each transformer, and a load tap-changer monitor for the Group I transformer only. Western will be issuing a Request for Quotations for the required transformers under the authority of FAR 13.5. RFQ DE-RQ65-00WA53219 will be issued o/a March 22, 2000, on an unrestricted basis.
